Big Tom’s Jerky

Founder and Proprietor, Macalister Bali, and wife, Alex Bali, started Big Tom’s Jerky in honor of their friend Tom Lynch, who left this earth in September of 2020, at the young age of 40. Tom was a man who loved his friends, family, and the outdoors. He found peace and purpose in the forest, the mountains, and on the lake. Always a hard worker, he enjoyed spending his free time in the wilderness, camping and fishing. And not only was he big in stature, he had a big heart; always looking out for the well-being of others. We love and miss Tom everyday, and we know he would have enjoyed this jerky while communing with nature. Here’s to you Tom!
