Maribel Vargas

Maribel is a lifetime resident of the Coachella Valley and is very familiar with the communities and neighborhoods of La Quinta, Indio, and Coachella. Maribel has been involved in the acquisition, renovation, leasing, and/or selling of numerous single-family residences-which involvement included identifying the properties, coordinating renovations with the numerous vendors, determining lease and/or sales prices, and marketing those properties.
